Ermington is shaping as Sydney`s next property "hot spot".

The suburb has outperformed the Sydney apartment market by an average of 2.1% each year for the past three, with research from Ashton Rowe stating that "the fundamentals of the area show that prices will be sustainable in the medium term".

Partnership of Developers bring lifestyle to Sydney Riverside suburbs
