It was important from day one that the residential component of the development was complemented by a full range of services and amenities that were not only needed, but that stood out from what was usually offered in most residential developments.
"We were fortunate to attract some truly innovative and enthusiastic retail and commercial tenants who appreciated the unique qualities of the complex and recognised the potential for their businesses to grow by being part of something new to the area," Dominic Sullivan said.
"Since opening, East Village has quickly become a thriving, friendly sustainable community that is an exciting place to live, work and play."
East Village comprises a world-class urban marketplace, modelled on some of the best marketplaces around the globe, 206 leading edge apartments, 48 retail and commercial businesses.
